I know it's been awhile. Life's been crazy! Anyway, I thought I would show you my pizza. It turned out so awesome! I was watching one of my favorite shows, Diner's Drive-in's and Dive's on Food Network, and the gal was making the dough for this amazing looking pizza. When the host asked her what kind of flour she was using she said High Gluten Flour. Hmmm..... Maybe this is the "key" ingredient that my pizza has been missing. I just can't get the dough right. So I tried the High Gluten Flour. WOW! It was so stretchy and tasted great! Very easy to work with. I even rolled up some cheese sticks in the crust. So a couple of days later I tried homemade Bagel Dogs. They were great too! Next on my list is breadsticks! Can't wait!
