Tagged

Well, it seems I've been tagged by Delena to do some resolutions. I don't make a list anymore. There's things I'd like to get done this year but they're not resolutions. For me it's like setting myself up to fail. I have enough depression issues as it is, I don't need more reasons.

But if you must know~

1. I'd like to finish some projects around the house. I'm not telling which ones, but I know if something gets done then all is well for #1.

2. I'd like to get rid of all the snow that is in my yard!

3. Have a garden and grow something I can eat. Heck I'd even take a flower at this point!

4. Not be sick so much this year. Oh, too late. I already have 1 strike against me. I'm currently battling a sore throat!

5. To have more dates with my husband. Seems like we never go out anymore.

6. Spend more quality time with the boys. Laughing is always high on my list. Not this list of course, but my life's list. You know what I mean!

7. Lead more worship when given the chance.

8. Take a vacation. Anywhere. Ok, not just anywhere. I'd really rather not go to the Arctic. Or sleep in a tent in the pouring rain. Or places with bugs. Eeks! You know, somewhere with sand and warmth. Somewhere expensive where people wait on you and bring you things with umbrellas in them. Yeah right, you can scratch this one off the list. It aint happenin'.

Well I guess that's it. Just a few wondering thoughts. If you had all day I could tell you more but I'm not gonna!~

Home

Well, we finally got home. You can see what the house looks like from the street.
The black blob under the flag is Ryan shoveling a path for us to get into the house. I can't believe how much snow we have! We're supposed to get more. Oh Joy!

Here's a shot of Pam and Aja on Blewitt Pass (not sure I spelled that right!). Anyway, Richard was trying to be funny by running back and forth while I did it. It was a great day of sledding until I dropped into the creek boot first. Then there was the falling backward after sitting in my chair! Good times!

Stuck

Here's a truck stuck on our street. Can't believe he tried to turn the corner from Mission onto University. We all watched as he slid to a stop. You can see the guys trying to help. He was empty (no load in the back) and he had chains.

Here's some photo's of the back yard. Check out the yard stick. 18 inches and it's still snowing!~

Snow!

Ok, so the picture quality isn't that great but you can see how much it snowed! It measured 6 1/2 inches when we started. By the time we were done it mearsured 7 1/2. We'll see how much we get tonight.

Of course we wanted to "help" dad with the snow. It's our first snow at the new house and we couldn't wait to use the snowblower. We ended up breaking a sheer bolt off. Not sure how. The only thing we "almost" ran over was the newspaper we couldn't see. Oh well!

Snow!

Well, it's finally snowing. David told me he wasn't really "in" to snow this year. I asked if it was because he couldn't skateboard in it. Yep, that was part of the reason. Wait till he goes sledding with the cousins, then he'll be "in" to it again. Teenagers. Just when you think you've got one almost figured out, here comes another one!!

Yikes!

Wow! I can't believe it's been over a month since I've posted! We've been so busy...

Isn't that what everyone says? Well, it's true!

Here's a picture of Ry and I at a hockey game last year. I just found it. I love it!

Time Flies

Wow! I can't believe it's fall again! Time flies when you're raising kids. Am I right? The picture above this was taken in our own backyard. I wish I had video of the guys trying to climb the tree and get into this position. Very funny!

Ok, now that pictures are done we're back to work.

Uh, some of us are at least. Trying to get a few last rays of sun. He doesn't know I took this picture. And he doesn't know I'm putting it on here. Ha Ha!! I love that camera!

You gotta love a man who's comfortable enough to do this. You won't find me outside with my shirt hiked up gettin' some rays! That's for darn sure!

To Wenatchee~

What a view from the Eisenhard's backyard. Or is it the front? I'm not sure. Anyway, we had a great weekend. I loved just looking and smelling the sweet Cotton Woods and hearing the rushing water.

Here's another shot. I asked the boys if they would live here. David was an absolute "YES!!". Nathan was a little more reserved and after a little thought said, "Yeah, I guess it would be fun." Me? Yep, I'd love it too. I might have to kill the rooster though. I thought I had pictures of him but they didn't get taken. Too bad. He was a real looker.
